With over two decades of experience in homebuilding, Carrie brings a rare blend of industry expertise, hands-on knowledge, and people-first leadership to Blair Built Homes. Her homebuilding journey began in the purchasing department of a Dallas-based production builder, where a fascination with the process—and all its moving parts—quickly turned into a career. She rose through the ranks to manage purchasing teams, then transitioned into custom homebuilding, expanding her knowledge of design, detail, and client experience.
From there, Carrie took on leadership roles at one of the top production builders in the nation, where she honed her passion for growing teams and building not just beautiful homes—but strong company culture.
Her experience also includes high-end renovations, giving her a deep understanding of craftsmanship, scale, and the art of blending new with timeless.

Caitlin Partin brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to her role leading operations and investment at Blair Built Homes. Caitlin’s background spans commercial and industrial real estate, construction, and renovation, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the residential building process. She evaluates financial performance and return potential of construction projects, ensuring each project aligns with both market demand and long-term value. Her analytical approach is matched by true enthusiasm for delivering beautiful, livable homes to the Dallas market. She believes beautiful homes start with a clear vision, strong partnerships, smart planning, and thoughtful execution of the details that make a house feel like home.
Originally from the East Coast, Caitlin now calls Dallas, TX, home. Outside of the office, she enjoys travel— finding inspiration in art, culture, and design around the world. When she’s in town, you can find her exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, reading, needlepointing, or hunting for antiques on the weekends!
Daniel leads our team in all things project management and field operations. A second-generation builder and Lakewood Dallas native, Daniel brings over 15 years of hands-on experience to each project. With deep roots in a family legacy spanning more than 45 years in custom home construction, he honors the craft with every build.
After more than a decade running his father’s company alongside his brother, Daniel joined Blair Built Homes to bring his expertise, integrity, and boots-on-the-ground leadership to a bold new vision of homebuilding. Throughout his career, he has overseen and executed hundreds of custom projects across a range of architectural styles, always with a focus on excellence and long-term value.
Daniel has worn many hats in the construction space, but today, he’s most passionate about getting back to the basics—building homes that last. In a high-density, high-end market often driven by flash and salesmanship, Daniel believes in a different approach: delivering homes that speak for themselves through craftsmanship, refinement, and timeless design.
